SNOOP DOGG IMPERSONATOR THAT WAS IN THE NFT.NYC HAD A NAME TAG OF “DOOP SNOGG”!
Fans saw what appeared to be Snoop Dogg wandering about the NFT.NYC conference in Times Square this past Monday (June 21). Given that Snoop Dogg has recently become more active in the cryptocurrency industry, it wasn’t out of the question to assume that he had come to participate in the celebrations. But it was actually a man called “Doop Snogg”
The man in question was actually a Snoop Dogg imitation, and he even had a security team around him. Following a tip from a member of the imposter’s staff, NBC News Reporter Kevin Collier confirmed the imposter.
The Doggfather joined in on the fun by retweeting Collier’s post and mentioning the look-obvious alike’s “Doop Snogg” name tag. Still, it’s unclear whether the conference organizers employed the imposter or Snoop himself.
Snoop’s intentions to “make tremendous noise” and “turn the entire NFT industry on its head” are well underway. The renowned rapper recently discussed his recent foray into the metaverse with VIBE, describing it as the most recent step in his ongoing transformation.
