POLIUM WANTS TO LAUNCH THE FIRST EVER NFT GAMING CONSOLE BY THE THIRD QUARTER OF 2024!
By the end of the third quarter of 2024, Polium, a firm focused on developing Web3 gaming infrastructure, intends to release its first multiple blockchains and NFT gaming console.
In a blog post published on July 5, the company stated that it would launch its first multi-chain and NFTs gaming console in Q3 2024. The first game console will support Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, BNB Chain, Immutable X, Harmony, EOS, and Wax.
Polium claims that the much-anticipated NFT gaming console will support 4K Ultra HD resolution at 120 frames per second. In addition, Polium stated that its community would assist them in developing console hardware and software, with a functional prototype available a few months later.
The console will include a multi-chain cryptocurrency wallet and a control button to make trading easier. Additionally, Polium will install a fingerprint scanner on the controller to enable enhanced security and verification of transactions from the console, as hackers have become prevalent in the DeFi space.
Meanwhile, the most recent announcement has generated a lot of debate and criticism on social media platforms about its logo. According to many web users, its logo is reminiscent of the Nintendo GameCube, another well-known system. Nevertheless, Polium has denied these accusations, claiming that it did not copy the logo and instead came up with a brand-new, unique one.
